One afternoon while Tess and I were in Utah we helped Grandpa Andrews sort off some cows that were ready to calve. Tess had a blast and LOVED riding Ruffles! Unfortunately I didn't have my camera. But a few days later we went to watch Uncle Landon rope and he let Tess ride Charlie.
She thinks she has to ride like a big girl; all by herself, and if you try and hold her she will tell you "NO". She's figured out that if you kick the horse it gets them to go, and that you have to hold the reins. It's fun to watch Tess grow up and try to be so independent.

We had a lot of fun at the ropin and by far Lando had the best fan club around.
